By accessing or using scaiteam ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use scaiteam

scaiteam connects candidates with employers and recruiters hiring for AI/ML roles. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Candidate submissions

By submitting your resume or profile information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. You grant us permission to share your submitted materials with employers and recruiters on the platform for the purpose of evaluating you for open roles.

4. No guarantee of placement

scaiteam facilitates connections between candidates and employers but does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes of any kind.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
  • Scrape, copy, or resell data from the platform without our consent.

6. Intellectual property

The scaiteam name, branding, and platform content (excluding content you submit) are our property or that of our licensors. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we believe you have violated these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, scaiteam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
